"I would have given a five star but the website really needs work. Store employees are very sweet, and the owner seems overwhelmed and stressed maybe its time for a vacation lol... the one thing that bothers me is their website. As a web designer it could definitely use a major update or maybe a complete makeover. You would expect to see all their products they have in store but you dont even see half of what they sell, and that's a big down fall. Sometimes people are not physically able to go to the store itself to purchase something. Or some people would like to see what they have before heading to one of their stores. But in this case with the way their website is you technically have to physically go into the store to see all that they have which can be such a pain. The website to me can be misleading and hard to understand all they have as far as products. In my opinion if the website was more up to date and gave a description of their mission and what the store is all about which also listed all their products, merch and accessories with exact prices with a little bit of a background of what the products help with, I believe 100% it would pull more people in. The website really needs a revamp forsure. Also if you have monthly specials or even seasonal specials like a bundle package of highly sold popular items it would bring even more people in. Maybe try to see who your competitors are and make your products or specials even better with good deals."

I've had kratom from around the world, and the kratom I get from their farm is as superior as kratom I've had in Malaysia. "I have been going to Kratom kafe on and off for the last 5 years. I have gone to all of their locations and they are all amazing!! The quality of their Kratom is great even if you get the 25cent ones. Having access to their vending machines after hours has helped out so much as sometimes I get off of work after their business hours. Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable about Kratom and can answer any questions you may have! Prices I think are reasonable as well! Also shout out for them delivering to me even though I live right at their cut off point for delivery today. My car is down and I was able to work with them on getting it delivered to me within an hour! Amazing service all around and amazing Kratom!"

"worst customer service ever made me wait when I walked in because she was restocking the vending machine then when I want to order a drink she’s says “we have a 10 minute call closing for drinks” okay well maybe if you would have helped me at first I would have made your so call dumb call time. Stop being lazy and make the drinks if you’re open you’re making drinks till close. I would never run my business like this. Hire competent no lazy people or close earlier :)"

"Omigosh!! This place is completely AWESOME!!! The owner, Jill is fantastic and she has hired some of the best out there to work. They are all kind and very helpful. I live in Florida, however out of all the places I’ve come across that sells Kratom, these people are the best, Florida to Arizona! Nice atmosphere, great people, great products!! If you’re looking, THIS is the place! There’s even a 24hr vending machine, just in case!! Please give them your business, you will NOT regret it!!"
