"Sonoran House is amazing as both a cafe and a restaurant. My go to item is the beef sandwich in the picture with arugula, picked onions. The sausage boards are also great. Their portions, especially appetizers (feta and pita in picture) and sausage boards, are full and satisfying. The place is also a good choice for a cafe, with plenty of seats, good wifi, CHARGING STATIONS, and attentive and quick service. The cafe drinks are not spectacular, but the options are plenty and I love transitioning from a latte to ordering a full meal."

"What an incredible addition—this new location absolutely knocked it out of the park. We ordered the grilled cheese and it was next level: super thick, perfectly toasted bread and absolutely loaded with melty cheese. Comfort food done right!! The truffle fries were easily some of the best I’ve ever had—crispy, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. After the meal, grabbing a delicious coffee on the way out while browsing Arizona-themed gifts was such a fun bonus. Everything felt so thoughtfully curated. The biggest surprise of all was the price—the sandwich and fries were incredibly reasonable for a dine-in meal, especially considering how generous the portions were. We had so much food that we took leftovers home for later. Beyond the food, what really stood out was the atmosphere and the people. This is such a sweet place, and every single person we interacted with was kind and welcoming. We genuinely felt taken care of and valued, which makes the experience that much more special. Can’t wait to come back."

"Loved visiting this place! Came in to order dinner to-go and was promptly served. The woman taking my order was super kind. There is also a market inside with lots of local goodies like candles, body care, apparel, etc. For food, I got the Ahi Tuna sandwich. It was super good overall, my only suggestion would to somehow incorporate a dipping sauce for the sandwich as it was kinda dry with how much bread there was. I will be coming back soon!"

"We recently dined at Sonoran House Sam Hughes and had a fantastic experience. The service was quick, extremely friendly, and genuinely fun, and the atmosphere was buzzing, lively, and full of great energy. The handcrafted cocktail menu is impressive — the Catalina Wine Mixer is my absolute favorite, and my husband loved the SOHO Old Fashioned. The menu itself is genius. Where else in Tucson can you enjoy caviar, bone marrow and a BBQ sandwich in the same place??? Elevated and accessible for everyone. We were so impressed and can’t wait to go back! Oh and, had to grab a loaf of freshly baked sourdough on the way out!"
