What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Talega serves some of the best coffee in tucson. Tyler is a magician with their seasonal drinks and the daily offerings are perfect. Whether you’re in the mood for hot or iced, matcha or a latte, they are all prepared to perfection. Renee and Tyler are always friendly, they know your name and even your drink. Small local shops are the best and Talega is a shining example. Come for the coffee, stay for the community."
"What an absolute gem in Tucson! Enjoyed a birthday coffee with my Sister today! The staff was friendly and had a great smile! Drink selection was the Pica Latte, with the perfect amount of Chile spice and the Manzana Latte with a cloves was mellow and full of flavor. The interior was open with multiple seat options, and charming decor. My first time, but not my last!"
"My absolute favorite coffee shop in Tucson! Delicious, unique, thoughtfully crafted espresso drinks served with friendly smiles and great ambiance. Nothing compares to La Rosa latte but this morning I also tried one of their seasonal drinks and it was equally amazing (and yes, I got two coffees that’s how good it is!). If you get an opportunity to try Talega, do it - you will not be disappointed."
"This spot is an absolute gem! The coffee was great and the prices were fabulous (no ridiculous $10 coffees here thank goodness). What really stood out for me here (other than the ambiance) was the Brorista. He went absolutely out of his way to accommodate what I was after. I was really wanting almost a combo of an Americano and a Latte. Lattes are too milky for me and Americanos are sometimes just too strong depending on who is making it. He knocked my drink outta the park! It was perfectly balanced. Not too milky and coffee forward which I wanted. Probably similar to a Breve but made with espresso. And. He was super friendly and excited to take on the challenge. It was a great drink & because of that and his amazing customer service I would 1000% return!"
"If you're one of those people who likes to walk and discover a town (even your own town) at ground level, then you know the feeling of finding a gem like this. There is an attention to detail and quality here. The indoor seating is intimate and the outdoor seating is peaceful. The precision of roasting is very high. The pastry selection is small but thoughtful. The staff engaging and professional. The location is along the lovely tree-lined Scott avenue behind the SW corner of the Children's Museum, and just 3.5 blocks south of E. Broadway. This is a very quiet part of Tucson. I would rank this along with two other favorites: Decibel and Exo."
"Talega Coffee is such a vibe!!! I stumbled upon this gem coffee shop while waiting for my bf and his bro to finish the century at Tour de Tucson. I have to..."
