"Ordered shaken espresso for My self and shared an açaí bowl with my partner. Ordered it with no sweetener and almond milk and raw honey. Delicious. Coffee was strong and good! The açaí bowl was big enough to share everything was fresh in it. Atmosphere- at first I almost didn’t want to go in because the ugly fence on the outside reminded me of a prison. Once I got inside I forgot about it! Inside it was decorated nicely and loved the azul color scheme to match the name. Clean store. Like the mirror when you get outside ladies room. Service- perfect cashier was so nice and patient with me and explained everything. Also brought açaí bowl to my table. ***Hight recommended would go again.*** P.S they have a variety of sweets!!! They look great maybe will try next time!"

"I went with my friend, I got a shaken espresso and she got an iced matcha. We both customized our drinks with ease and we both agreed they were a 10/10. I found the prices to be standard. My only real complaint is that the parking lot entrance/exit is extremely small. Frankly only one car can safely pass at a time and car safety is a bit of a worry for me."

"Bad customer service, I ordered online twice already, the first time the website gave me a time frame it would be ready which was about 30 minutes and the second time it was 30 minutes as well; which is fine with me, sinceI know to order way in advance (they always take about 15 mins to get your drink out). The pick up location for the online orders is way at the back of the shop. I guess it’s fine But defeats the purpose of online ordering to get in and out fast. The way that the girl in the front talked to me was so bad. She talk to me like I was getting scolded and told me to go to the back and that the girl would help me back there. One of the girls was about to get my drinks to hand them to me, but then the girl raised her voice at me again telling me to go to the back to get my drinks. The reason I stood there for a while, was because I noticed the girl was gonna come and give me my drinks but when she heard the other one, she just stood there way in the back holding the drinks on the counter the whole time and didn’t move from there. I just went and got my very expensive drinks , which is fine as I walked out, the two girls in the front made me feel very uncomfortable due to their looks and being rude. I feel sad because I wanted to support a local family owned place, but not when their employees are rude to people. I don’t mind paying the price, but I rather pay the price at a place that provides great customer service because we spend our hard earned money on them $20+ for two drinks that are 26 ounces, that you have to wait over 15 minutes at the location and 30 minutes online, and still leaving there feeling like they treated you like crap."
