He loves his job and he stays all day until midnight sometimes 🩷🩷 This is the only shop i've ever been to in my whole life where the owner made me feel so welcome, my friends were moved! :) I and my friends got the knafoozah with cherry cheesecake ice cream on top, LEGENDAIRY combo!!!! 🫶🏻"

It is delicious !you can tell all of the products that they used to make the ice cream is of great quality! Istanbul coffee ice cream with the pistachio is a great mix! "Heartbroken by the lack of compassion We’ve been to Filo several times and always enjoyed it — great desserts, cozy atmosphere, delicious Dubai mocha, Moroccan mint tea (Art of Tea), and knafeh kishneh. That’s why what happened tonight felt so disappointing. While we were there, a father came in with his little girl, maybe 4 years old, asking to use the restroom. The owner’s wife told him it was “out of order.” I had literally just used it moments earlier. After they left, I asked her why. She said, “We don’t let non-customers — they make it dirty.” I told her, “It was a 4-year-old child.” She said, “Yes, I know, but still.” Then her husband, the owner — who is in a wheelchair — came to explain that people from the haunted house next door often come to use the restroom and make a mess. I told him, “I understand about adults. I’m a business owner myself. But this was a little girl — almost in tears.” You would expect people who know struggle and parenthood to show more compassion. Instead, it was the opposite. The restroom wasn’t even clean when I used it, so blaming others didn’t seem fair. I completely understand setting boundaries as a business owner — but denying a desperate 4-year-old child a restroom? That I can’t understand. Any parent would feel the same. You can run your business as you wish, and I can voice my opinion: 💔 Empathy and compassion should never be “for customers only.” And today, Filo, you lost a customer."

"Had an amazing experience trying Syrian style Pistachio ice cream. I really enjoyed the constancy and flavor. It was served in the form of an ice cream sandwich using baklava. The menu item is called Boozalava. Best of all, sweetness level is well balance - not to sweet! I also tried a decadent hot Pistachio Mocha called Dubai Mocha! Really enjoyed the pistachio / mocha forward drink! All orders are made to order so please be patient and stay to try other desserts!"
