"Terrible experience will NEVER return. I was looking over the menu board when two male employees aggressively told me to "get to the back of the line," assuming I was cutting when I absolutely wasn't. They were incredibly rude, loaded with attitude, and made me feel completely unwelcome before I'd even ordered. To top it off, the coffee itself was awful way too sweet, like drinking syrup with a hint of coffee. This isn't real coffee, it's dessert masquerading as a latte. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Customer service here is nonexistent."

"Just tried the viral peanut butter cold brew. Was super nervous because I'm not a fan of peanut butter in general, but everyone kept saying I HAD to give it a try...so I did. Turns out, I LOVED it. It's not too sweet at all, and you can barely taste the peanut butter... just a hint of it, and that's my kind of cold brew!!! Bummed it's only during HalloweenTime! "Matcha Green Tea Cold Brew with Strawberry Cold Foam (Seasonal): Get! Surprisingly balanced, the matcha and pistachios complimented the cold brew a lot. The strawberry cold foam was also very light and not overly sweet which I appreciated as well. Sometimes there can be waves of people and the line can get long as well. When we went they ran out of the strawberry cold foam and our drink took like 20 minutes to come out which was quite frustrating. Their regular selection looks quite average and overpriced but for fun seasonal stuff I would definitely say give it a try. Starbucks coffee nowadays is basically this expensive anyways. Drinks: 8/10 Service: 4/10 Value: 5/10"

"Got a drip coffee and a cold brew. I don't think it's actually cold brew; I think it's iced drip coffee. Tastes super burnt and bitter. I've had a lot of cold brews, and this is the worst I can remember. Drip coffee also tastes very burnt. I didn't get an espresso drink, so that might be different. This coffee is bad enough that I'm throwing the rest in the garbage. What a waste of almost 6 dollars. Do not recommend."
