Their cakes are exceptionally delicious, and the many delicate crepe layers are truly remarkable. The craftsmanship required to create such a beautifully layered cake is impressive and sets Lady M apart. The cake itself was moist and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet—which my husband and I especially appreciated. We are not typically cake enthusiasts, as many cakes tend to be too heavy with frosting, overly sweet due to fondant, or simply dry. Lady M’s cakes, however, strike the perfect balance in both flavor and texture. The experience was further enhanced by their excellent customer service. The staff was professional, courteous, and welcoming throughout our visit. The special occasion signs that accompany their cakes are also thoughtfully designed and far more elegant than those offered by many other bakeries. If you are looking to try an exceptional cake, I highly recommend Lady M. We purchased the Amedei Chocolate cake, which was outstanding, though the Pistachio cake remains my all‑time favorite."

"I bought three cakes. The chestnut crepe was too sweet and lost the natural flavor of chestnuts. I wouldn't recommend it. As for the checkers, I had to get two. The first one looked like it had been bitten at the cut, so I asked for a replacement. The second one also had a small chip, but I didn't ask for a replacement. However, I feel that Lady M's quality and service shouldn't have such mistakes. I really like this brand and only eat their cakes, but I was somewhat disappointed this time."

"Best Mille crepe cakes ever. The cakes are so soft, decadent, and delicious. Perfect amount of sweetness, absolutely just melts in your mouth, so heavenly. They come with a bag of ice to keep the cake cool, and the to go bag is reusable too. On the pricier side but definitely worth the price, multiple times better than other cakes."

"Lady M (est 2001) is a luxurious and classy dessert bakery store inside a mall. It is most famous for the creation of Signature Mille Crêpes. It blends French pastry techniques with Japanese sensibilities, resulting in fine thin cakes that are a touch sweet and perfect for every occasion. However, the quality is either a hit or miss which don’t equate the high end tag price. Staff was cordial. Atmosphere was relaxing. Parking was not an issue given its in a large shopping mall. At the end of the day there are better dessert shops that trump Lady M’s cakes. Overall, it’s a modest luxury cake shop. If you’re into presentation then quality this brand is for you."

"Visited Lady M two days ago on Thursday afternoon and had one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had. A staff member who appeared to be Chinese, in her twenties and not very tall, was extremely rude when we asked about seating in the front. She spoke with a harsh and dismissive tone and insisted there was “no way” to open the tables without any attempt to explain or help. The attitude was shocking and completely unwelcoming. We left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This is not the level of hospitality expected from a place with Lady M’s reputation. We will unfortunately be contacting the head office as well."
