"I just came in for the first time and I walk up to order with a smile and the girl working just bluntly asks what I want. I precede to order a mocha, sadly I didn’t specify warm or cold nor was I asked which I would like. It is dumping rain so I truly figured it would be warm or she would ask for a specification. Led alone the rude customer service after I apologized for her making my drink wrong many times she ignores my apology’s and just says she will remake it. I thanked her and just apologized for the inconvenience it caused her . She continued to make me feel uncomfortable and just say nothing. I’m still sitting here waiting for my order . She took the past 4 customers and hasn’t made my drink. She just took another customers order and is ignoring me. Like genuinely I don’t know what to do at this point. I think I’m going to ask for a refund because this genuinely Dosent make sense. This girl has some personal issues she is taking out at work. I’m very much never coming back here which is sad this place is so cute and has potential to be something great. I just don’t recommend coming here if you care about how you’re treated. The coffee is good but the environment that worker is creating isn’t worth spending you’re money there. Take your money to a local coffee shop that cares about how they’re customers are being treated."

"Travelling through the area and found this awesome place. Robb is great and is very knowledgeable about all his roasts. The nitro cold brew was great. Had a bold taste with an extra smooth finish. Bought some beans and can't wait till I get home to brew them."
