"Lovely atmosphere, nice music playing, very chill vibes. My Drink, a mocha explosion, was very delicious! The two people working were very kind, loads of personality, whoever was working the on 8/10/25 at around 2:30 deserve shout outs! Line was a bit long, as well as wait time as only one person was making all he drinks, but really professionally handled! overall a good experience! No seating while I was there, but great to grab and go!"

"Jitter Bean in Arcata is a good quick place to get a coffee drink. There is a small seating area here with a good view of the plazza. They keep it clean here and the employees are good-natured and usually smile at my bad jokes."

"My husband and I visited Jitter Bean Coffee Co at the end of August. We're actually from Van Buren, AR! He was adamant about visiting this local coffee chain. We both ordered an iced white mocha! I thought that it was good. The inside of the building was clean and had a little seating space. It had big windows with a great view Arcata Square. If I was a student at the local university, I would consider studying there! I thought that the staff were friendly and that they finished our order promptly. I think it is a great place to get an afternoon ice coffee - - - that is what we did!"
