What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"A hearty thanks to Molly, Emily and Nathan for making my son and I feel welcome as we enjoyed some gormet cheeseburgers with a salacious brioche bun, along with hot and crispy garlic fries with fresh garlic and Parmesan cheese. We quenched our summer thirst with a freshly brewed unsweetened iced tea. The restaurant and grounds have a relaxed, family oriented vibe with the beautiful woodwork, spacious indoor/outdoor seating and an area with a stage for musical performances and a corn hole area. Thank you, friends, for a wonderful time as we visited from the Central Valley🥰"
"Dear Management Team, I am writing to share a concerning experience my family and I had during our recent visit to your establishment. When we entered, we immediately noticed staff staring at us in a way that made us uncomfortable. Shortly after, we observed a young staff member address another customer in a manner that came across as rude and somewhat aggressive. When it was our turn to be acknowledged, the same staff member—described as a young white woman with blondish hair—spoke to us in a dismissive and disrespectful tone, stating that we needed to wait while she handled something else. While waiting is understandable in any business, it was not what was said that caused concern, but how it was said and the looks directed toward my family. My family is racially mixed, and as a white individual myself, the interaction felt discriminatory and deeply unsettling. The behavior made us feel unwelcome and judged based on appearance rather than treated as valued customers. We had planned to dine as a group of twelve and were prepared to support your business, but due to this interaction, we chose to leave. No customer should feel disrespected or marginalized when visiting a public establishment. I believe it is important for management to be aware of this incident so it can be addressed appropriately. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for reflection, training, and improvement, as no community or business should tolerate treatment that makes others feel unwelcome. Thank you for taking the time to read this message. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer"
"Stopped here for breakfast on a motorcycle ride. Ordered and asked for it in a Togo box since I knew I wouldn’t finish it all in one sitting. They asked where I would be sitting so they could call my name. After watching others get food that ordered after me I walked back to the desk and asked if my food was ready yet since it had been over 1/2 and hour since I ordered. The girl at the desk replied they had been calling my name several times. Not sure where because I could hear them calling names of others but never mine. My food was fairly cold at that point. No real apology or anything. I guess I’ll be sticking to having breakfast at my normal spots in Sonora."
"I’ll be honest - did not like the food. It seemed overpriced. I got a bagel that did not taste fresh and the price is 6.99$, no butter, no cream cheese. Took about 20 min to get that. The staff was really nice, though"
"Great atmosphere, coffee and food. Options for indoor and outdoor seating are available so if you want to bring a pet plenty of covered outdoor seating. My first time being an Arnold and my first time visiting Bistro Espresso. I'm excited to make this our regular stop on our way back home after visiting."
