The owner (I assume is who I met!) is always friendly and kind . Plenty of seating for the whole family and they give discounts if you have local gym memberships . Why spend $ on a drink at Starbucks when you can get a mocha frappe with protein locally here foe the same price and healthier !"

"Definitely try this place! The owner and the employees are so sweet and welcoming! We tried the mint chocolate shake and the peanut butter banana shake and they were delicious, not too sweet like protein shakes in other places tend to be.
