Breakfast sandwich was super filling and highly recommended. The chorizo skillet was egg heavy and mediocre. The joint lost points because we specifically ordered the french toast with fresh berries and after a long wait for all of our food, they brought out pancakes. Bottled drinks and grab and go items available as well."

"The Farmacy Cafe and the Padre Hotel are one and the same. The food is AWESOME but a little pricey. It is well worth it though. This little hole-in-the-wall restaurant is absolutely perfect."
