"This is now officially my favorite coffee house in Bakersfield. The decor and the serving trays etc are cute. The hot pistachio latte was delicious. My mom and I got different milks and she was able to have hers made less sweet to her preference. The Ma’amoul date filled butter cookie was a perfect little bite to go with it, sweet, but not too sweet, and crumbly that reminded me of my Moms shortbread cookies. We also tried a savory snack that I picked from their fresh baked display. It was very much like pie crust with mixed in spices. We sat for about an hour just enjoying a lovely place for a coffee and visit. There are a few games on a shelf if you like that. We used Google translate to find out what the arabic sayings on the wall said. Some were rather clever. If you order 32oz of one of their specialty teas or coffees, they bring it in a fabulous serving carafe. Super nice serving staff. I will definitely be back!"
