"Tried Bacio Di Lette ice cream for the first time and instantly became a fan. All the flavors I tried were super delicious. The texture was creamy and really good. The staff was incredible, super friendly and helpful. This ice cream shop is definitely top level. They have a good ice creams, friendly staff and perfect place to sit and enjoy the ice creams."

"Such a lovely coffee shop - VERY visually appealing! Two things that were disappointing. First, the man taking our order wasn’t in good spirits at all, or just wasn’t friendly. He asked “what can I get started for you” as we approached the counter. I said “Hi! How are you” and his reply was “what can I get started for you”. Just kinda odd. I asked for a “hot latte with regular milk” - his response “do you want it hot or cold”. We also ordered an americano and asked for half and half, but they don’t carry that. Second disappointing part was that we paid almost $7 for a latte that was teeny tiny, but didn’t have any cute design on top. Boo! Although these things were a miss and his service was notably bad, the coffee was still amazing and the place is very cozy, cute, and clean. There was a woman in a hat that was organizing/ adjusting things around the cafe. She was SO nice. 5/5!! Without her, our experience would easily be a 2/5. She talked to us, asked us how things were, attentive, and pleasant. That’s how it should be. My favorite part of the day is when I get my latte, and I have a feeling I’m not the only one! Baristas are so special - it is unfortunate when they emit negative/ unfriendly energy"

"This place is pistachio, hazelnut, and chocolate heaven! I got the pistachio and the Bacio Di Latte (sweet cream) with a waffle cone dipped in pistachio cream. I absolutely adore pistachio and it was so nutty and rich. So rich and the portions are very generous. Watching them put the gelato into the cone is such a cool process, and I loved being able to sample between all of the different options to determine which one I liked the most, since a lot of them are similar in description but different in flavor. The amount of thought placed into the art of gelato is evident from their work! I think this is also very shareable with friends as well, particularly if you’re someone that doesn’t do super well with sweet things. It was a little bit sweet for my preference but I tend to not like sweet things. The interior is so elegant — brightly lit, filled with pastel and neutral colors in all of the right places. It gives a similar aesthetic as Eataly for sure. Service was so, so delightful and I hope to be back soon!"

They are generous with the samples here, and I got the sorbet, my friends enjoyed the pistacho gelato. So fabulous, and the people are so nice."
