"Everyone needs to try Ellie’s! This place is a hidden gem! We went 3 days in a row because of how amazing the service and matcha was! The staff is so friendly and genuinely made us feel at home. My order was an iced matcha with oat milk and 2 pumps simple syrup. The quality and the taste were creamy and earthy. A must try when in big bear."

"Just left here. The girl working today was so rude to everyone. We asked about the sweetness level and she was very annoyed. Didn’t want help us at all. Then a separate visit my sister in law walked in and when her and I met up again she said what a cute coffee shop but the girl was so rude. We ended up ordering a fig latte and I don’t think they have an espresso machine. It seemed like pre poured shots. Drink was really sweet and no espresso taste at all. Skip this place for sure!!"
