"Sister My Sister Bake is a cute little bakery in Big Bear with more of a grab-and-go café vibe. The space is small with minimal seating, but the pastry case is a decent size and offers a nice variety. Their coffee and latte menu is especially fun and creative. We ordered an iced cinnamon roll latte and an apple pie americano, and both were really enjoyable — flavorful, comforting, and not overly sweet, which I truly appreciated. The service wasn’t Starbucks-fast, but it felt very intentional, like each drink was being carefully handcrafted rather than rushed. As for the pastries, they were just okay. We tried the berry pinwheel and the bread pudding, and while they were fine, they didn’t really wow us. One thing I didn’t realize until later is that they also make beautiful custom cakes and take orders — which is great, but not very obvious when you’re inside. Some signage highlighting that would be helpful. There’s a small parking lot, and overall it feels like a quick stop rather than a place to linger. Solid coffee, thoughtful service, and a charming spot — just a few tweaks away from five stars."

"I came here because I saw all the rave on TikTok and I was a little disappointed! On Google Maps it said they were closed but we passed by and they were actually open so we stopped by, we ordered a lemon bar and 2 cinnamon rolls. The lemon bar was soggy it was more like a custard my daughter liked her cinnamon roll. Not a lot of workers for the customers that were waiting."

"Quickly becoming my one of myfavorite spots to get a treat. Service is always friendly and accommodating. And so far, I've ever enjoyed everything I've tried. There's a number of special dessert type lattes as well as a standard coffee menu (latte, cortado, americano) and sweet and savory baked goods. I do suggest going earlier in the day if you want a big pastry selection. It does seem to get picked over later in the afternoon."

"I reached out in September to order a cake for my birthday this month, and Lucy was so kind and helpful! I sent the event inspo board her way and trusted her to run with the vibe, and she and her team made this absolutely gorgeous cake that blew us all away. From first bite, we were all in love with the moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced lavender cake and chocolate buttercream, and it became our breakfast the next morning too. I would absolutely recommend Sister My Sister to anyone looking for a beautiful and delicious custom cake for any occasion!"

"My fiance and I were staying in Big Bear for a long weekend and stumbles upon this place while looking for a quick pastry breakfast. The location is very cute and quaint and dog friendly! Everything is baked fresh each morning. We thought we found a hidden gem. Their quality was top notch! But this was no secret, shortly after we showed up many people arrived, so we got there in good timing, but it is definitely a neighborhood favorite! My fiance and I tried their jalapeno cheese croissant and pop-tart. We honestly love this place so much we went back the next day grabbed similar pastries and coffees to go. This is a great stop to load up on some fresh breakfast carbs, before going snowboarding for the day."
