"I enjoyed the latte I had here, and my parents seemed to have as well. Nice cozy vibes that begs you to post up, play some chess, and yap with friends."

"The atmosphere is really nice and all the teas there seem to be great. But they hired teenage staff who seem a bit disaffected and keep making mistakes on the drinks. I wouldn’t care about that too much but the coffee itself is not very good. I got a mocha recently and it just tasted like a latte and made my throat kind of burn."

"My husband and I went in the morning to see if they were open, they were but I had called 3 times and no one answered, barely any customers were there. We ordered but the two girls either were crazy quiet or didnt say our order was ready amd I waited for my crepe for almost 30 minutes, my husband went to check if the box was mine and the girls asked what we ordered, we were the only customers that ordered any food while what few others only ordered drinks, and they were less than helpful to him. Turns out the box was mine but had no idea cause the girls didnt call it, they also hadn't given me my creme brule bar, so when I asked about it they both asked each other who wanted to get while I stood there watching them kind of bicker who's going to grab the bar, like girls, its not like your making anything just grab the damn bar I ordered. The food was mediocre at best but at least I kind of enjoyed my coffee. Will never visit here again when I come back to Big Bear, and for as long as those two girls are there again, I advise people to not go either."

"Do not come here. We waited 40 minutes for two sandwiches come to find out that they forgot about it completely. They had no idea we had ordered sandwiches. The two workers were two young girls who were too busy having fun and giggling behind the counter. Before I reminded them about our order, one of the girls was making herself a drink and on her phone. She said “give me 3 minutes” and we proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. When the food finally came out, it was wrong. The panini was completely soggy and out bacon egg and cheese sandwich had no bacon. Both went in the trash. With the time we spent here, we could’ve eaten at a restaurant."
