"Great customer service. The two woman who were working in the morning were very friendly and were helpful. Edit: Returned twice in the last week for a bagel and cream cheese. The first time unfortunately my bagel was burned. The following week I returned and ordered same bagel slightly toasted with the cream cheese on the side. Sadly my order was made incorrectly and had to wait for a remake. I spent my whole break waiting. Had to eat it two hours later :( The menu prices have increased. The cashier did not mention this to me. It is very important for a business to let customers know of price increases before charging. It was almost $6 for a bagel and cream cheese, not to mention as your paying with card they also mention adding a tip. Almost $8 for a bagel that takes over 15mins to make is silly."

"Since brain injury going out or to stores is hard because sensory issues, noise & movement but this place is small, quiet and the ladies that work here are patent and friendly. Wham I take long time make up my mind thay give me menu so I can sit down and take my time to deside. It helps so not as stressful. Bilding also has ramp so it is Easier if you have balance issues. Oh and food is great!"
