"This is my go-to place when I need a sweet treat. The staff are always nice, and their milk tea is really good. Today they offered me the new strawberry matcha latte because they upgraded the matcha to premium, and it was really good! I’m also really happy that they added a new menu option for the big-size to-go milk tea. They get super busy at night with young people. During the day they have many adult korean coffee customers and seems like they started roasting coffee. My friends always get iced americano from them. Hope they open another shop near my home."

"So delicious! Love the flavor and topping offerings for the shaved ice, as well as how endlessly customizable it is. We stopped by after dinner in the area and were delighted to find easy parking, copious seating, and generous portions. Would come back for the taro and thai tea shaved ice… I’m also curious about the chestnut and corn latte too!"

"After eating at a nearby restaurant, I came here to eat dessert. This is a small dessert shop. I ordered two red bean shaved ices. They were very delicious. I recommend the red bean shaved ices. It was busy because there were a lot of people on the weekend, but the food came out quickly. Judging from the fact that the place was full, it seems to be a famous dessert shop. The staff looked busy."

"This place is GREAT! Wife wanted shaved ice. We tried Sul & Bean. Their portions have reduced significantly and felt not worth the price. I have been to Dzert in the past so I took my wife here. Their portion have remained the same (a lot Bigger than other place mentioned) and their customer service is excellent. We have come here 3 times in the last couple weeks trying different flavors and will continue to come here. Highly recommend!"

"The kids and I discovered this place after dinner. It was such a cute place. There were so many snow options. We tried the Thai tea snow with ice cream and boba. It was delicious. They have drinks and other baked goods. We will definitely be going here again."
