"Visited Stereoscope in the early evening around 6:30 pm, and the shop still had a nice steady flow of people. A mix of guests were quietly reading, working, or chatting, and the space had a relaxed, lingering-after-work atmosphere that felt welcoming without being too loud or crowded. I ordered the espresso tonic, which was bright and refreshing with noticeable tangerine or mandarin notes. It had a clean finish and was enjoyable overall. Their espresso soft serve is something I really wanted to try, but the soft serve machine was unfortunately down during my visit. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside, which makes it a convenient spot to sit for a bit. Service was friendly and efficient. The ambiance is modern and comfortable, with enough space to feel spread out even when it is busy. Food and Drinks: 4 out of 5 Service: 4 out of 5 Ambiance: 4 out of 5 Overall, it was a solid experience, but with so many coffee options in the area, I am not sure if I would come back specifically for their espresso tonic. I would visit again if I am nearby, but there are other spots that I personally prefer for that drink."

"Visited this location a few times now. Stereoscope has high quality roasts. Their drinks aren't overly sweet, their coffee is strong, and you can taste the quality of their homemade syrups. Parking: This spot is located in the corner of a plaza. There's a large parking lot. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with some indoor and outdoor seating. Love their aesthetics. It's a mixture of industrial/rustic decor. It's a studious environment; not too loud and majority of everyone is actually doing their work quietly. Seats and tables can fill up pretty quick though. Service: Everyone I've encountered has been courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Their throughput is also quick, and they even bring your drink to you. I didn't catch anyone's names unfortunately. Shout out to the male cashier during my recent visit bc he honored the 20% off one drink. For whatever reason, the coupon wasn't showing on their end. Drinks: I've only ever tried their lattes bc I'm not a tea person. I'm slowly getting into matcha, but I haven't tried their matchas yet. This review is solely based on their lattes and my experience. I absolutely enjoy their coffee. If you enjoy your coffee lightly sweetened like me but can still taste the coffee, then you'll really enjoy Stereoscope. Their syrups are also made in house, and it has a distinctive yet delicious taste. They had the best hojicha I’ve ever tasted, but they removed it from their menu a while ago. Pricing: Their prices are more than average. They recently increased their prices. They offer rewards through the Five Stars point system. I have a love/hate relationship with the Five Stars app. I’m surprised Stereoscope doesn’t have their own rewards app by now. I enjoy their coffee and seasonal drinks, but I only visit once in a while now."

"We love coffee and stopped in at Stereoscope Coffee to get a cup. The staff was friendly and place was clean. We got an espresso with a heart. I got it for my wife. The coffee tasted awesome, we will be back."

"We had the ice latte and Spanish ice latte. I guess I can understand why the coffee here is popular as coffee and milk are well balanced and give you a smooth taste which is quite different from what you have in the most chain stores. The coffee flavor is not super strong but still gives you the kick you looking for afterwards."

"This café has such a hip vibe and great atmosphere. I didn’t get to try their house blend and ordered a decaf instead, so the flavor felt a bit lighter—but honestly, if their decaf tastes this good, that’s impressive. It wasn’t acidic, though it also wasn’t deeply nutty. Since I’ve become sensitive to caffeine over the past few years, I can only drink decaf now, and this was definitely worth it. If you enjoy pour-over coffee and want to try something new, I’d recommend checking this place out."
