Staff was very kind and approachable and the food was DELICIOUS. And the coffee and chai were incredible!! Super easy to have breakfast here and they will get the coffee from the coffee shop. We will be coming back!"

The place was extremely busy, yet she never looked flustered or short with anyone. What made it even more impressive is that Pedalers Fork is attached to a bike shop in the same building. During the rush, someone came in needing help in the bike shop, and Kim didn’t hesitate, she literally walked over to assist them as well, then returned and picked right back up where she left off. What stood out most was watching her sacrifice her own break because the kitchen was backed up and guests needed support. She stepped right back in and handled everything like a true professional, maintaining a positive attitude the entire time. It was remarkable to witness that level of leadership, work ethic, and care in real time. Kim is a huge asset to Pedalers Fork, and experiences like this are why people come back."
