"Three os us stopped by today, 2/28/25 at 11:30. Attendant was busy making a drink for someone. After standing at the counter for several minutes, the attendant never acknowledged us. Never said the she would be with us "whenever". After waiting about 5 minutes, we departed. Extremely poor customer service. Will not be back."

"Higher prices than Starbucks, and not as big or as good. The male barista made me the wrong drink, then proceeded to argue with me and said that’s how I ordered it- which I said positive I did not. So he remakes the drink as nasty and gross as possible so I have to come back again to get my money back. His boss was standing there the whole time. Don’t waste your time here- the other coffee shop downstairs is better."
