The bike shop team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, not just about the bikes, but also about the area and how to ease our pups into the ride comfortably. The bikes themselves were smooth, easy to handle, and perfect for exploring the stunning views. We were glad we booked a full-day rental…three hours would’ve been far too short! Once we were back, the coffee shop was just as fantastic, with creative drinks (the vanilla cardamom latte became a daily order) and sweet touches like complimentary pup cups. "We had such a fun time with the e-bike and sidecar for our dog! The staff was super friendly and helped make sure our dog was fully secured for his ride. It was a nice way to experience Carmel and 17 mile drive, as we could go at our own speed and pull over whenever we wanted. Our dog got so many friendly stares as his giant ears were flapping in the wind. Highly recommend renting here!"
