"Usually the person there is nice but not this time. My order was made wrong then the worker got upset when I mentioned it, making the order wrong AGAIN. They spent the whole time talking to friends instead of providing actual service. Overall frustrating experience especially considering they got mad at ME. I suggest going to the library."

"As others have mentioned, Union Grind is technically a Starbucks and serves the Starbucks menu without selling their pastries or sandwiches (they sell third party options). Service here is pretty good, and staff are very kind. They often don’t have drink holders so just keep that in mind if you have a bigger order. Dining dollars are accepted here if you want to use the university’s meal plan."

"It's actually a Starbucks, so anything you order there you can order here. Some of the nicest student workers I've met work at Union Grind. FYI, they accept contactless tap-and-go payments."
