"I went to get some light breakfast and I wanted to try the Winchell"s Donut House. When I got there, they had big parking lot so I did's have problem finding the parking space. The store was cleaned and the lady was very friendly and attentive. I liked their donuts and specially I loved their coffee. It is mild & delicious coffee."

"It's open 24 hours ! They are having construction on the building ! There's lot's of homeless people here asking for money ! The girl cashier didn't know how to count out the change ! She owe me $15.03 ! I had to show her how to count back the change back ! The prices on the donuts are too high here ! It's a nope for me !"

Never placed on hold. I asked for a refund because Andrea couldn’t help me. Andrea ended disconnecting the line. Very rude. People work hard for their money and for a business to dismiss a customer for their mistake is wrong."
