"Update 12/29/25 I really love Boba Bliss, but today’s visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I came in specifically for the Hojicha Latte. These seasonal drinks are already more expensive and come in smaller sizes, so you expect the quality to be spot on. I requested less ice, but my cup was 50% ice. When I brought this to the staff's attention, the server was dismissive, mumbled an excuse, and didn't offer an apology or a fix. I’ve had this drink many times before, so I know today was an outlier in terms of quality, but the lack of customer service was the real "ice" on top. Hope they can get back to their usual standards soon. ----------------- Hands down, the best boba in town! I’ve tried a lot of boba spots, but Boba Bliss is officially my favorite at the moment! 🧋✨ Everything about this place is top-tier. My fave: Quality You Can Taste: You can tell they use real, premium tea and milk. It doesn’t have that artificial, powdery taste you get at other shops. The Boba Texture: The pearls are always the perfect "QQ" texture—chewy, bouncy, and clearly fresh. My Go-To Recommendations: If you haven’t tried them yet, the Pistachio Cream Jasmine Tea and Hojicha Latte are absolute game-changers. They are creamy, rich, and not overly sweet. If you’re looking for a refreshing, high-quality treat, this is the spot. I’m already planning my next visit!"

"I’ve been going to Boba Bliss ever since they first opened in Dublin, CA, and it’s been amazing to see how much they’ve grown over the years. The quality has always been consistent, and every visit feels just as good as the first. My absolute favorites are the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte and the Mango Sago. Both are perfectly balanced and always hit the spot. It’s great to see them expanding, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking for top-notch boba drinks."

"Ordered Hojicha Tea Latte, really liked it. Selected less ice, still felt like a lot ice in it, but I guess that's normal for the industry now. Just would be more careful when drinking it while driving, during the dark, and/or wearing light color clothes, since I think the cup cap design is a little easy to cause spill. Anyway, the drink itself is really good, will come back and try some more"
