"The best bagel sandwiches I've found in Chico so far! I usually get the Trinity, and sometimes add an egg to it for an extra dollar. I've only had their espresso drinks, which I find to be tasty but nothing super special. I do enjoy the vibe as well. A very chill place to sit in a corner and get some work or studying done. All of that said, this place offers a space for those with developmental disabilities to gain work experience with a competitive wage. It's well worth supporting, and while I've personally always had excellent service there, I think anyone complaining about their service in the reviews should be keeping in mind that it's a work training program. This info is posted on the Mondos website and in the cafe itself. In any case, I highly recommend checking it out and grabbing a sandwich, if nothing else. Some have complained about pricing in these reviews, but I promise you that these are pretty average espresso drink and breakfast/bagel sandwich prices nowadays, as much as I wish that weren't the case."

"Meh, not a friendly place at all. Almost feels like you are bothering them by coming in. I went there because they advertise bagel sandwiches but when I get there they only have Jalapeño bagels. It was early in the morning so obviously there bagels are not fresh. Place is almost empty probably won’t be here too much longer."
