"The 'Big Five' could be better. The potatoes felt a bit like frozen ones with salty seasoning, the sausage was on the sweeter side, and the scrambled eggs' texture was a bit off. It would be great to have Tapatio hot sauce available. The Basque cheesecake was okay. I'm willing to give this place another shot to try the rice-based menus next time. "First time here. Brother found it on Google maps and we decided to give it a try. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess. She had such a lovely attitude, made you feel welcome as soon as you walked in. They do have your typical breakfast plated but they also have fusion plates. The cloud pancakes and their specialty fries looked so good. Although we did not order that. My brother ordered the Spam Rice Bowl, and I ordered the Belly 2 Belly Rice Bowl. I had dental work done and can't eat hard crispy meat. I asked if they could make the meat softer and they were so kind enough to make it that way. My plate was super delicious and so flavorful. We also ordered the U2 Cheesy which is a brioche bun grilled cheese and it comes with fries. I was worried about it being to hard but it was so soft and the fries were so good. The waitresses are so nice and very attentive. They do come around often to make sure you are not in need of anything. I highly recommend this restaurant.
