"Customer service was bad. No greeting upon entering the establishment, then I order my drink and sit down inside. A few moments later a man comes from the kitchen and out of nowhere tells me to “wait outside”. I was the only one in the store so i was confused by what he said in which i asked “im sorry?” He then proceeded to signal me to wait outside. He didnt even ask me if i had placed an order nor say please or thank you. I went outside but confused as to why wait outside when there was noone sitting inside. Matcha drink was not flavorful at all. Better making it at home for that price."

"I had the Biscoff matcha and it was so good. The owner is a lady that is sharing space inside of the restaurant. She is spending her time between running her small business inside the restaurant and trying to open a shop in PB. Because of that she is not always there and her side of the business is closed. That is the only negative that I can comment on. The owners of the restaurant are left to try to explain why there is no matcha. Their English might make it hard to understand but know they are not being rude. Definitely worth trying."
