"It's very nice to see this young husband and wife team expanding their dream. Their second coffee shop: "The Coffee Machine" has recently opened up in Chula Vista. I did not have my ordinary cortado this time, but a matcha latte with a touch of honey and a cuernito de azucar. I ordered the matcha hot and it was excellent. They did not have honey so they put a touch of brown sugar to offset the bitterness of the matcha. The matcha was smooth and rich in matcha flavor, not to mention pretty, too. The cuernitos eas very good, too. It had a good flavor. I do recommend they acquire a heating element to warm up the pan dulces. The matcha was great and I can't wait to try their cortado here. The service was very friendly and inviting. They offer inside and outside seating. They offer a variety of espresso based beverages and teas. It's great to see a small business like this one expanding."
