"I'm very disappointed about my recent visit to this location. I've been a customer for over 10 years and it's been progressively getting worse, but today was kinda the last straw. The price is a dozen is now 21.99 and the availability of donuts is limited. Yet again, there are no cinnamon rolls, chocolate cake donuts, or donut holes. There are also several donuts that used to be included in the dozen that are now excluded. The customer service is also very apathetic not really carrying about the customer experience. I'm super disappointed and will not return. Time to find another weekly donut spot."

"I went here last week after my lab appointment. They are fast and in less than 10 min they got me my donuts and coffee. In fairness, I like the Coffee latte cheaper $2.69 small and it did not make my stomach hurt. The servers were, John, Kevin, Claudia and the person making the donuts is Isaac. Better value and better products and service than Starbucks, no offense. They are also open early and close late. They have sandwiches and bagels but I didn't have much time so donuts and coffee was good enough for me that Friday, September 26 around 8:00am."

"I used to go this Yum Yum Donuts when i was a kid and now I am close to sixty. All of the donuts i have are all compared to Yum yum donuts. Its been many years since i have had one of their cinnamon rolls and lets just say they did not let me down. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. If you like donuts and you are in the area make sure you get to Yum Yum’s because they are truly Yummy"

"Five stars for Kevin and his service, the donut assortment & stock at 2pm on a Thursday, & the clean atmosphere. There were 4 people ahead of me in line waiting to order & Kevin apologized as he was by himself. Props to you Kevin for being incredibly polite and efficient to every customer. This place gets busy as two others walked in after me. He tended to all of us quickly. I’ve never seen a donut shop fully stocked in the afternoon on a weekday. Perhaps they continually make the donuts throughout the day, which is a huge plus! I always encounter donut stores that are low stock on donuts by the afternoon. Such a huge variety and the dozen donuts package is a great deal. Store was clean and had nice air conditioning + indoor seating for this hot day. Iced vanilla coffee is taste & the Bavarian cream donut is a dream! Highly recommend Yum Yum Donuts."
