"Go to the one in rancho instead. The prices are not too worth it, and the filling is near non existent. the strawberry and matcha-chocolate bread buns were horrible, the matcha-chocolate one was also clumpy with the very, very little chocolate matcha cream inside. Ended up with a stomach ache after eating, threw up about half an hour later with an upset stomach all of the sudden. I came here to try since I loved the one in Rancho. Happened to stop by superking, thought to try this one. Severely disappointed."

"BEST BAKERY ITEMS… I’ve ever gotten at a 85 C Bakery! I absolutely loved their chocolate buns and coffee bread, those are MUST HAVES! I also grabbed a few chocolate chip items this trip and each one tasted phenomenal. I never got a chewy or overly sweet taste, everything was just right. I highly recommend pairing one of 85’s treats with a hot drink or milk! Aside from bread, the cakes looked fresh and neat. Everything was baked fresh and looked inviting. I can tell this location rotates their items to ensure freshness. I wish I could take more pics but the line started piling up and I didn’t want to be THAT guy haha. As soon as you walk-in you can grab a tray and snag whatever items you want, as soon as you walk-in you’re in line so you have to keep on moving. Some of the patrons are grumpy, however the staff is WONDERFUL! I give five stars just for the staff and treats alone lol. The guy at the register carefully packed my order and I was on my way. The seating area was mellow and people seemed to be enjoying their visit. This is definitely my new favorite 85 location. It’s right off the 10 Freeway!"

"They now lost a customer who spends about $300-$500 a month at this place buying bread for my clinics. I caught them a few times not counting correctly and over charging. Yes it’s just a few breads and they’re tired in the morning. But it is bad business. I am no longer coming back here because of this. Very unfortunate. And when they counted wrong the staff goes “so do you want a refund or do you want me to grab the one I over charge you for?” What type mentality is that ? lol often time they are with the mask. Not appropriate type of work ethic in my book. Update: thanks for responding I appreciate the acknowledgement, I’ll fix my review."

"Drove here because I needed an ube cake for my mom's birthday and the Chino Hills location didn't have any. Staff was friendly and assisted quickly. Even when I was already being helped at the register (the employee went to the back to grab something), someone came up and asked if I needed assistance. They also asked if I needed a birthday sign and candles. Super kind and helpful. P.S. You can also customize level of sweetness in your coffee. 10/10 service."

"This review is in regards to a purchase of the 8" Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake recently. As a customer for many years who have purchased lots of bread and cakes for special occasions, but this one was just .... TERRIBLE. 1) When I first cut into the cake, it just looked sad and deflated. 2) When I bit into it, so much of it was .... cream. I know this has mousse, ganache, and chiffon cake but it just seemed like it was only 20% cake and 80% filling. Sorely disappointed ... since I bought this for my child's B-day! A day of celebration ended with a B-day buzzkill."
