"Rare Earth is a Central Valley hidden gem! Almost speakeasy-like in the sense that this “coffee shop” is in the back of a warehouse in an industrial neighborhood in North Clovis, it’s a go-to spot for those “in the know” — IYKYK, right? (I feel like an insider whenever I’m here.) Anthony’s new butter pecan latte (half-sweetened) with oat milk tastes like a S’more’s Latte to me — my new favorite. Also a huge fan of getting their grounds for use in my French press @ home — have tried Cinnamon Spice, Hazelnut, and French Vanilla so far, all incredible. $12.99 a bag — def worth it, better than all the types I’ve tried from Trader Joe’s (though I could see this brand on the TJs shelf one day, Rare Earth introducing “air roasted” coffee to a broader market possibly?)"

We walked away with so much knowledge of the roasting process, how it's different from drum roasting, TONS of whole bean coffee, lots of coffee tasting, and a new perspective.
