from Google"I needed my coffee fix for the morning and was walking around the mall when the smell of coffee hit my nose. I quickly told my group that we'd be taking a small break to try the coffee. Stepping into the shop, the ambiance felt inviting and there was plenty of seating to choose from. Perfect place if you're staying to work for a couple hours. We ordered a hot Vanilla Latte with oat milk, two iced matcha lattes, and an iced Masala Chai. The Vanilla Latte was smooth and the coffee beans used completed the syrup and oat extremely well. The Matcha Latte tasted like matcha. The little ones weren't a fan, but I truly enjoyed it. If its for little ones with developing taste buds, I'd recommend asking for a syrup. The Masala Chai was from a tea bag, but the quality was high. One of the little ones preferred it over the matcha latte. Didn't get it during the visit, but asked before leaving and their beans are $20. Definitely coming back when I'm in the area."
"The customer service is trash!! Never again. Latte is full of syrup and the employees only talk amongst themselves or on the phone. They do not care about their customers and their experience. They did not add the 2 extra shots I paid for even after I asked for confirmation. He lied about adding it as I was watching him make it. The employee making the shots told him to add it and he said “forget it” not knowing I was standing right behind the counter listening!! Trash coffee spot and trash service! Disgusted."
"Went in for an iced herbal tea at store in Sunvalley Mall. Asked for a specific tea and was told that the lady in front was having the same herbal tea. They held up a dark amber iced tea and handed it to the customer. When my iced tea came out next it was a shade darker than clear water. Totally weak and diluted. They had REUSED the same tea bag as the lady before me (even though I paid $4.25 for the drink). I was completely scammed. I could not face a confrontation over their dishonesty so I left. What a disgraceful place and I will never go in there again."
"Decent coffee, nothing to rave about, but at least it isn't bad. We used the kiosk, the prices listed for any drink that includes milk does *not* include the milk in the price. So if it says a small latte is $4.75, it's only $4.75 with NO milk of any kind. Is that still a latte? All milks cost a minimum of .75 cents. So that means a small latte is actually $5.50, not $4.75 as listed on the menu. This seems a bit bait-and-switchy, since the only reason we stopped here was because the prices listed for the lattes were lower than most places. We learned why."
"I went here a few weeks ago asking for hot tea, he gave me hot coffee instead. It was good but not my fave. Unsure if I’ll comeback"
