What People Are Saying

from Google & Yelp

"I went there with family and ordered about 10 different items and loved each one of them from Paratha Rolls to their Burgers, chaats, bakery menu and oh the falooda (both Mango and Shahi) was to die for. We played games, enjoyed the music badically thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. So happy this kind of beautiful looking and equally tasty place opened here. Please go visit if you haven't yet."

"Such a wonderful gem to have a desi chai cafe in the east bay. Everything here is tasty but from what my family and I tasted we highly Recommend the date and Khoya shake. It’s unique, sweet, creamy and rich in flavor. The chicken puff pastry tastes like home and love the flakiness. And of course the chai here is great and soothes you on a winter night. The chaat menu is also really fun and I enjoyed the samosa chaat. I appreciate that they have bites here like wraps and bun kabobs. Looking forward to making this a regular spot to spend time with family and friends. Wishing the management team here all the best for the years to come."

"Chai & Co in Concord is such a gem! Their chai is incredible, but the food and drinks honestly made the experience even better. I tried the Bihari Boti Roll, the Burns Bun Kabab Burger, and the Zing Roll and all three were packed with flavor and tasted freshly made. The boti roll was tender and perfectly spiced, the bun kabab had that classic street food feel, and the Zing roll had the perfect kick. For refreshers, I tried the Mojito Twist, Peach Perfect, and Berry Berrylicious and each one was super refreshing, not overly sweet, and perfect to cool down with. The café is cozy, clean, and the staff is genuinely welcoming. Whether you’re craving chai, rolls, or a good drink, Chai & Co is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend! And ph you have to try the peri peri fries, that's a must."

"Chai & Co. is such a Comfort-Food Haven with Desi Flair. It has satisfying blend of street-style comfort food and classic beverages that hits all the right notes. The Mayo Garlic Paratha Roll that I tried stands out with its soft, flaky paratha wrapped around a creamy, garlicky filling that’s indulgent without being overpowering. The Charlie Chapli Burger was a fun surprise for me with nostalgic street-food vibes. On the sweeter side, the Shahi Falooda is rich, chilled, and beautifully layered, making it a perfect dessert after a savory meal. Their chai selection is huge but my mom and I only tried the Karak and the Kashmiri Chai (that comes with nuts) I was blown by their Naan Khatai (so fresh) and the Aalo Puff Pastry was just ideal to pair with Chai. To cool things down, the Berry Berrilicious drink was so refreshing while the Mango Lassi is thick, creamy, and bursting with original mango flavor. Overall, I’d recommend Chai & Co. as it is a great spot for anyone craving comforting bites, quality chai, and a mix of sweet and savory treats, all served with a homely, desi touch and feels with a lively ambiance."

"I went there for the first time. The place is small. There are only 3 tables for dining in. They wasted one space with 3 big couches and a center table. People started coming in in the party of 3 ,4 and 5. People tend to stay there for long time for long conversations. It was raining so outside seats were not available. I ordered Beef boti roll. It did not taste that good. The meat was old and really dark like black. Paratha was not cooked evenly. The Karak matka tea was not strong at all, it taste more watery. I make better tea at home. The bun kebob was better but not great. These cheapskate put a very thin slice of scrambled egg. For better Pakistani snacks go to Mirchi Cafe in Dublin (try Shezan club Sandwich) and Bundu Khan in Fremont (try their awesome beef bottle roll) Not coming here again. Next time, I will NEVer go to a random place like this where I spent $35 and still not get the best bang for my buck"
