"The burgers were good, not worth the price but good. My son loved their French fries. I had the garlic fries and they were good. Not over garlicky like some places do. The service was fast. The cost was the biggest problem, which I guess is going to be the reality at all fast food restaurants now. In addition, they have "eliminated" basic customer service like taking your order. There are 3 cash registers and only one has a staff person. They other 2 are self service. In addition, for a mini burger, garlic fries and there one size (which isn't large) soda which was 4.75. The whole order, mini burger, garlic fries and a soda was $25. And there's nothing unique or anything different (except the garlic fries) that you cant get anywhere."

"I was in so much stomach pain. I had a menstrual cycle and I’m a man. I got poisoned by those acidic pickles. If you enjoy a thrill and a challenge, I dare you to eat those pickles. I’ve been eating super duper for more than 15 years and never tasted anything like those. My face cheek muscles did moves I never done before. You ever sprayed a roach with raid and watched it shake, cough and die. That was me. -10 stars for those rancid pickles. Burger still legit! Staff was cool but it’s kiosks that did my order and it wanted a robot tip. Why?!"

"Love Super Duper! Writing this in April 2025, have been going to the Veranda location since they opened. Before that, circa 2015 was going to one of the San Francisco stores. Food is consistently good, hot, served quickly. Staff are polite and aim to please. Added bonus - I’ve taken my dogs to the Veranda out on the patio. Recommend Super Duper to my burger-loving friends!"

"My friend told me about this place, but she lives in the Bay Area, and I live closer to Sacramento. I ended up in Concord and looked it up, and to my surprise, there was one right down the street from the hotel that I was staying at. I went through the drive-through, which was a pleasant surprise, and they were very patient as I decided what I wanted to order, considering it was my first time. The young man at the window was very polite and personable. I ordered the mini burger and added blue cheese, and I got the garlic fries and lemonade. I also ordered the 3 sauce sampler Everything was OK. I wasn't as ecstatic about it as I expected to be based on the way my friend described it. The lemonade was not sweet at all, and the color was darker than the norm, and I had to taste it to make sure I hadn't been given ice tea by mistake. The fries didn't seem made to order because they were not hot. I enjoyed them. I had added jalapeños to my burger, and boy, was that a nice kick. The burger was just ok. HOWEVER, I think I should not have gotten blue cheese because it took away from the taste of the beef. However, I love trying different places to eat and would consider giving them a second go. Don't get me wrong, the food is not horrible. It just wasn't what I expected. So give them a try! We all have different palates. The total cost for my order was about $21.00 and some change."
