"This place is sort of hidden and pretty small but it’s in a great place! They have so many options and my friend abs I LOVED the drinks! I got my usual taro milk tea and he got one that was caramel apple or something like that. They were both bomb! I have been to some other places in Irvine that have a lot more herbal, natural teas that seem a bit healthier. The ones that we had here at Boba Star are definitely high in sugar compared to other places I’ve been so this is definitely a place for a sweet treat. I love that they have a ton of other options like French macaroons, a large variety of mini ice creams, and plenty that I haven’t tried yet but I plan to return. The team was great as well abs they had great service. Thank you all for the great experience!"

"I ordered a caramel milk tea with custard and it was hands down one of the best bobas I've had for a long time. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. While my drink was being made, i got to look at all of the anime artwork (which was very impressive). Well definitely be back when I'm in the area."

"Very cute shop. The owner's son is the one who does all the artwork on the walls; Super cool! I got the Vietnamese coffee. Personally, I'm partial to the super strong, kick you in the mouth, keep you up all night kind of Vietnamese coffee. So with that being said, this one's not really to my liking. It is decently strong and has a good flavor, but for me, it reminds me more of a lightly sweetened iced coffee. 🤷🏼‍♀️ They did have a bunch of good-looking stuff on the menu, so I do plan on going back to try some other things. :)"
