Its been twice where my coworkers and i order online bc it says its open but theyre actually closed. One was a saturday , the website and app showed open took the order received confirmation but when picking it up they turned out to be closed. The manager refused to give us a refund. 2nd time christmas eve, we placed an order received confirmation and wheni get there it says closed 24th and 25th sign. Someone else was standing outside and he ordered online too. Bummer. But why keep is your ordering on? Turn it off. Showed up friday 26 to see if i can talk to a manger and guess what? still closed. Its a shame bc the food is good but the customer service isnt that great."
"I ordered 2 coffees through the app and clicked on the Riverside location not realizing until after I already submitted it, it went through to the corona location (30 minutes from me) because the Riverside location was closed. Nothing popped up to tell me the location was closed so I thought no big deal. I called the corona location immediately after and the lady who answered was very sweet said her manager will call me tomorrow. Today I received a call from Jared who said he’s the manager at the location and he told me I cannot receive a refund because the drinks were made yesterday and I could’ve came and picked them up. I let him know that I live further away and that it’s not worth it to go all the way over there to pick up at another location so I asked him if there is no refund can I pick them up at the Riverside location he said no and I asked him if I even can go over to the corona location to pick them up he told me no I would have to pay for new drinks because they were made yesterday. If I was told I was not getting a refund or able to pick them up at another location YESTERDAY after I bought the drinks then that would have been on me to make that call. Basically he said that I’m out of close to $20 for 2 coffees and they are not willing to work with me. I proceeded to ask for someone higher than him because it sounds ridiculous to me and like terrible customer service and he proceeded to tell me call whenever to talk to his manager he doesn’t know when she will be in and gave me her name nothing other than that. He refused to give me a time of when she will be there and made it sound like she wasn’t present at her locations. This is very disappointing because I really liked their coffees but now I will not be giving them service here again knowing they do not work with their customers. He may be newer since he sounded like he was making stuff up on the spot by telling me “he orders online all of the time and it tells him that the location is closed” which obviously is not the case because I wouldn’t be in this situation. Poor customer service on the managers part and I do not respect a place that does not at least work with their customers for the price they charge."
