"This is by far my favorite Coffee Roasting shop, they have the freshest roasted beans and enough variety to satisfy your taste buds. One thing that I like is asking the owner to create a blend for whatever I'll be drinking, such as just espresso or Americanos, which btw the last mix I got was superb!! The location is a little hard to find, since its in the back section of a store front, thru the side pathway."

"I found Wilson Coffee through a verbal recommendation from a friend, who also is a coffee aficionado, and ever since, a larger circle of my own friends became customers. I can give whole heartedly recommendation for the medium and light roast coffee offered (we are not into dark roast): * The Brazil (light roast), that makes some of the best pour-over * The Honduras (Medium roast) that produces amazing sweet crema in the espresso, and wonderfully delicate pour-over, with sweet aftertaste * Guatemala (medium roast): "king of latte"- nutty, sweet, lingering complex after taste that leave you wondering why there is no more coffee in the cup (best give it 198f if you can control temperature of espresso machine) * Mexico (Medium roast): espresso/latte type, boasting heavy crema, a bit more "relaxed" coffee if compared to the Guatemala. I find it delicate, more balance chocolate/nutty/acidic. My favorite when doing Latte-art (I am not good at it .. but I do try ) Give their tea a try: The Tangerine Ginger tea, when served with afternoon cheese / pastries and bread, is a very good match."
