from Google & Yelp"probably one of the most stylish establishments in Los Angeles. Although the place itself is small, it has great potential. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail. You can walk from the center of Culver City. Good service and good drinks. I highly recommend. And can’t wait to try bakery next time I visit!🥐☕️"
"Great ambience, cute interior. There is seating inside and outside, however inside is not laptop friendly- tables are small. Also the space can feel crammed if there are a lot of people. The line was moving quite slow on a Sat morning. All good, they just opened so totally understand. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I ordered a latte- it was good. Looking forward to trying their other drinks next time."
"Still in their soft opening period, the cafe only opens until 2pm in the afternoon and offers limited options of drinks and nibbles. I visited quite late and they did say that most pastries were out early in the day so what's displayed wasn't the full selections. The terracota-colored venue somewhat gave bit of BOHO touch but it's very iconic. Plenty of seats available if I took into account the outdoor area by the curbside, but each of the table pretty much accomodated 2 people max. I went for their signature Hot Maple Cinnamon Cappuccino, served in 8oz size. The iced one would be slightly bigger at 10oz. It was pretty strong, and prolly not suited my preference best as it's more on the acidic note. I did like the sweet maple flavor blended with cinnamon powder on top. Would probably give another go with their matcha next time."
"both the strawberry matcha and iced shaken espresso were delicious! the vibes were good too, and they have wifi and a decent amount of seating. the acai bowl was also yummy but i wouldn’t personally get it again because of the portion + amount of fruit. overall, definitely coming back for the drinks!"
"Was excited to see a new coffee shop opening up in the neighborhood, so we decided to stop by today. We ordered the iced maple cinnamon cappuccino and the iced shaken espresso with cold foam. Overall, the espresso quality is good, but we had a disappointing experience with the iced shaken espresso. When the drink came out, I was immediately thrown off by seeing an orange slice (something not listed under the drink on the menu). The menu description reads: “Seasonal espresso, osmanthus tea syrup – shaken.” No mention of orange. I also had to remind the barista that the cold foam was missing. Unfortunately, the drink itself was overpowered by strong orange flavor with no trace of osmanthus. My wife and I both really dislike orange in coffee, so we definitely would have chosen a different drink if the ingredients had been accurately listed. I initially thought surely we had been given the Orange Velvet drink instead, so I double-checked with the barista and even pointed out the discrepancy on the menu. He confirmed that it was the shaken espresso and said they’d update the menu, but didn’t offer to remake or swap the drink. Leilo needs to update their menu to mention the orange, as not everyone enjoys that flavor in their coffee. They should have offered to remake or swap the drink given the inaccurate menu on their end."
"Really enjoyed the Lili'uokalani tea (tropical) and hojicha latte! I don't like drinks too sweet and they were both perfect as is, no additional sweetener...."
