"Best vanilla latte I’ve ever had. Love the relaxing ambiance, the large collection of books, friendly staff, and comfy chairs! Super busy during the mornings but that’s true for any decent coffee shop, and they manage it well. There’s a drive thru but I prefer going inside and waiting in the book area, browsing the selection. You can take a book they just ask for a $2 donation to the Dana Point library :)"

"Garbage. Dana point is definitely turning into Newport Beach and jc beans has definitely jumped on board. It's been 6 years since I regularly visited and thought I'd stop by for nostalgia sake and enjoy what used to be fantastic coffee and pastries. I mean, just look at previous pictures of the place compared to now. Terrible coffee. Terrible vibe. It pains me to say this but you'll likely have a better experience at Starbucks across the street 🤮"

"I had a London Fog and it was lovely! They have lavender syrup which is always a plus in my book! Cute little place with seating inside and out. Very few parking spots but quite easy to walk to. Enjoyed my stop here."

"We found this spot after driving around Dana point - not too many coffee shops around the area. The reviews looked decent so we gave it a shot . Aesthetics are nice it has a library inside and some seating inside and outside . The girl at the front knew nothing about coffee or to recommend anything which I found odd . We tried an iced americano- it was so watery we asked her to make it again and she kindly did . It wasn’t filled up all the way kind of a rip off for the price and the taste was mediocre .. idk probably won’t come back again to try anymore drinks ."

"Cute spot. Small on the inside but some seating and a nice library. Expansive coffee menu and friendly staff! The drive thru option is nice, but parking is limited and very tight. Seems like a nice spot to sit down and work, and less of a visiting place. Cold brew was okay. A bit watered down but definitely better than most of the coffee that I’ve experienced in Dana Point."
