"We love finding a new coffee place to try when we are in the area and this was a great pick this morning. And it seems like everyone knows how good it is because it was hopping. We grabbed some of the Optimist Blend to take home. I had the Sandpiper (hot) and he had the Left Coast (iced) and both drinks were finished (I don't usually finish mine 🤣). They also had amazing chocolate bars, which I definitely needed today."

The Cortado was smooth and flavorful, and the Espresso with whole milk was on another level — rich and perfectly balanced. "The strength the place has it is definitely the view. I walked into the place and the cashier was kind and engaging. Ordered: Sandpiper 7/10 Just your regular latte with hazelnut flavor, the coffee did not taste very strong to me. Dirty Chai- 6/10- it had a really odd after taste.. Avo bagel 7/10- it was an okay sandwich all the flavors were there, but it was not something I would like come back for. Breakfast sandwich- 5/10 - this one was a bit disappointing, just an bacon, egg English muffin (they were out of sausage this time)"
