Every time I visit, he checks in on guests who are studying, offering water or anything else they might need without being asked. I never have to leave my seat when he's on shift. Dude deserves recognition and a raise in my opinion."

"I’m a regular customer at this location and usually receive great service, but today was disappointing. The girl taking my order in the drive-through was more focused on talking to her coworkers than listening to my order. She kept cutting me off with “anything else?” and didn’t let me finish what I was saying. It felt rushed and unprofessional. I’m sharing this because I truly like this place, but the customer service today was not okay and needs to be addressed."
