"Called ahead of time about engraving a name on a Bible I got my niece. I came in and they said they didn’t do middle initials anymore which is fine, but then it seemed like the cashier thought I stole the Bible when I told her I got it from Amazon. Not very friendly and I’m a little sad. Used to go all the time to this store as a little girl."

"No good customer service and some people are just not meant to serve the church or don't have that kindness in their hearts to do it. No one offered to help look for a Bible I called for. A female on the phone said she had it but when I got here they didn't have it. And not everyone is meant for the calling to serve the church."
