"Came in tonight for a bacon cheeseburger and regular cheeseburger. I’m getting ready to eat my bacon cheeseburger and there is a BUG. It’s all inside my lettuce moving around. Disgusting. Had to drive all the way back to get a refund because I can’t eat this. The cashier asked if I would just like another one. I say no because I am no longer comfortable with the idea of eating anything from there anymore. Not once was an apology offered. The whole time the cooks are just staring at me like I’m the problem when it’s them who made the food. So disappointing especially considering how expensive the food is there."

"Pete's Patio just isn't the same. Quality is getting worse, either you're lucky and you get fresh or you get old stale food, occasionally you'll get both. Where one item is good and the other is old. Like today, I got chili cheese fries, and they were pretty good except the chili was mainly sauce and kinda watery. I give it about a 5/10. As for my next item, the pastrami was made up of nothing but old scraps and pieces. I'm sorry, but for a 20.00 pastrami, it should be long full strips, and my sandwich was so salty, I couldnte the pastra, i just the salt. Its like they haven't changed the juice it boils in, in weeks. It was so bad I couldn't eat it, split it with my wife and she couldn't eat it either. I'm been going to Pete's when it was only one location in South Gate (Mr. Pete's Burgers). I've actually said this before, this was my last meal from Pete's. I just through away $40.00 Think about it before you go."

"Great place for a burger. Been coming here for 20+ yrs. Got the collosal burger. It has pastrami. It's so good! 8.9/10. The fries today were not great but you have a 50/50 chance when you go here for the best fries or mediocre. Today it was 4.8/10. The location isn't new so it looks dated but it's clean. I'd continue going back."

"After shop at Azalea shopping center in South Gate we at Michaels. We were very hungry including my father in law he came with us to buy decoration the house . A friend of my recommend Mr. Pete's not that far we headed to Mr. Pete's this our first time the restaurant and it's just across the street from Fatima 's Grill. This serve American classic hamburger and cheese burgers and also they serve Mexican and Mediterranean like kabobs. We look at the menu then we decided to order my wife order the chicken salad and I order the club sandwich and my father in law order a hamburgers combo. We waited for our food to be call we notice people coming in and out of the restaurant they lot's of order to go or pick up. My wife pick up the food it looks so good especially my club sandwich I took a bite great flavors like a good classic club sandwich the bacon was good wasn't crispy or burn it tender and soft that the way I like the biggest addition is avocado in this club sandwich add more flavor to the sandwich. My wife like her chicken sandwich it have chucks of chicken she enjoy it. My father in law enjoy his hamburger combo. We need come back again."
