"Everything about this place is great. The customer service is great. I felt welcomed by the staff, the music, the WiFi, and the food. To add on more to the atmosphere, the coffee shop is owl themed which I personally think it’s unique and stands out from other coffee places. If you come here and don’t know what to get I would recommend the coffee cake and the ice latte. To conclude this review, if you are near the East LA area in the morning come stop by Brown Owl Cafe. "Never 👎 would I ever come back to this location first off I wanted to say that the young guy with glasses was alone and I can already tell he was not having a good day I did not feel welcomed and when the guy approached we asked for breakfast burritos and a breakfast sandwich immediately he answered with an irritated voice that they don’t have anything at the moment so I just said don’t worry about it and we left I understand that he was alone but when a place is promoting food and I drove from far away just to try something new that’s not cool but honestly this guy needs to be coached or trained to have good customer service thats all I gotta say"
