"I don’t think you should rely on this coffee roaster because they can decide to ignore you whenever they feel like it. I’m only going to speak about the service. So Carlos was the one who helped me when I started to buy espresso from them for my coffee shop, last week they raised the price without even giving me the notice then I asked him to adjust the price he said okay that he will but he never did and he didn’t even send me my order for this week he just ignored all my calls and texts all the sadden so I called the office to see why this happened! When I asked them that I wanna speak with Carlos they told me he’s not here he will be back in an hour and will have him to call you but he never called. So please don’t rely on them, because your business much go on no matter what so the wholesaler must be someone reliable even if they did not want to lower the price to where it used to be, they should respectfully say that they are unable to lower the price instead of ignoring longtime loyal client."
"I've gotten my coffee beans from several roasters in my area. Daymar is my favorite by far. Great taste, plenty of different styles and roasts to choose from, and it's roasted in premises which gives you the freshest beans. This is more of a wholesale type business, don't expect to just show up and walk out with a bag of coffee. You can go there and talk to them, see the options, but it will take some time for them to package what you decide on. Now that I know what I like I call ahead and pick it up later the same day."
