I’ve also tried their matcha snow bubble and it tasted like a watered down matcha. Willing to try again next time maybe a mistake was made."

"Vanitea needs to hire more people or someone experienced in customer service. Having 1 person working in the front when the store is busy is just wrong. I stood at the register for 15 minutes today at 1:15 pm..trying to place an order and the employee didn't even notice me or say" hi I'll be with you in a minute " . She answered the phone while I was standing there and took their order first. After 15 minutes,I finally had to say something. My order was finally placed at 1:30pm. I've never had issues here until today."
