"Love the name of this place and the coffee and staff are GREAT! Walked in here after celebrating my girl’s birthday brunch. Brendan, I’m assuming the owner, humored my girl and gave her a cake pop since she’s wearing her “birthday sash”😂 I asked him what was the popular coffee here, and he made me a Toffee Nut latte. Both the cake pop and the Latte were perfect!"

"Went to try the coffee. Cold brew was very good. Owner was there to make the order as you like it. Also had the Strawberry toast and a pepperoni pizza. Both were very good. Atmosphere is comfortable and loved the eclectic music playing in the background."

The owners seem to be here frequently AND the coffee and food is delicious. I get the croissant sandwich. Their vanilla syrup is delicious. Highly recommend if you’re local or making a stop to Tahoe."

"Stopped here for a quick hot tea because my friend lost her voice. Unfortunately when we arrived the store just had closed. To my surprise, the friendliest woman came running out after us to ask if we would still like to order something. We kindly accepted. The staff went above and beyond to make us hot drinks and help my friend who lost her voice! Their acts of kindness went such a long way and truly made our experience wonderful. They are extremely personable and sweet. Don’t skip out on stopping by here."

"I have always loved this place. Kat’s (female owner) pastries are amazing. Kat is also so sweet. I took my mom here and unfortunately had another poor experience with the male owner. My mom was handed her tea at the pick up counter and when she got it the lid was mostly snapped on but it was not fully snapped.. as she tried to close it.. it spilled. She was immediately apologetic and reaching for napkins to clean it up as he rolled his eyes at her. She said “sorry I was trying to get the lid on” he mutters “the lid was on.” He then tosses a towel at the spill and walks away scoffing to get her a new tea. He hands her the new one and says “the LID is ON by the way” completely condescending and rude. This is one of many poor experiences with him. All the other employees have been nothing but sweet. Unfortunately most bad reviews are at the fault of him and his poor customer interactions."
