"Saw that they were running a promotion for 4 regular sized drinks for $16.50, so I stopped by since I haven't gotten 7 leaves in a long time. This location has a drive through and a dine-in, but the dine-in area looks small. We didn't want to park so we ordered through the drive through. We got the Mungbean Milk Tea, Sea Salt Jasmine Tea, and the House Coffee. The drinks didn't take long to be ready and the entire drive through process went smoothly. The employees were also friendly and provided good service. The mung bean milk tea was a bit too sweet for my taste even though I already asked for easy sweet. It still tasted sweet after the ice melted. I don't think I like this drink much anymore. For the sea salt jasmine tea, that was good since the sea salt foam goes well with the tea. The house coffee was just okay since my sister who ordered it isn't a super big fan of coffee. I think this is a decent drink spot but their menu is a bit limited with not many options. I would rather visit a boba shop that is closer since I'm not really into the drinks here."

"I keep track of all my reviews, don't bother trying to delete it. Interior: nicely decorated, fairly minimalistic, modern yet slightly rustic, seats are solid wood. Plenty of seats and tables. Amenities: okay air-conditioning, wifi available, I didn't see any outlets(!!!!!!!). Bench seating available. Drink(s): the assam milk tea is delicious, but they gave me a criminal amount of ice in my large drink!!! Overall: They charge you a premium for the aesthetics of the place by giving you an absurd quantity of ice and zero outlets. I'm sorry but no matter how many cute females you hire for your 100% female staff, bad product AND no outlets get a thumbs down from me. Oh yeah, dead roaches and 1 twitching roach lol. On the bright side, since they're dead/dying, at least it means they're working on it?"

"Avoid this place. Rip off I feel scammed i started to come here often since I moved to El Monte but will be avoiding this place from now on . I purchased large house coffee with easy ice since I have noticed they add too much ice previous time I’ve ben here . And guy in drive thru window started acting rude and slammed window and didn’t follow instructions and added extra extra ice I will add picture. I feel scammed and robbed for my money I will proceed to Seek legal help. I finished my drink with only 3 sips since most of it was ice."

"First time coming to this Cafe. I only found it because I really needed to use the bathroom. I asked the cashier if I can use the bathroom she said “The bathroom is only for customers”. I completely understand and I told her I would love to be a customer, but first can I use your bathroom. She proceeded to tell me you need to make a purchase first. At this point I almost peed myself so I ran to food for less to use their bathroom, they had no problem btw” I ended up coming back because I was truly hungry. I ordered a ham & cheese croissant. I have to say very disappointed with the quality of food. I paid a total of $3.58 for a very small croissant. The croissant tasted greasy and soggy. Stick to a mom and pop cafe this store in my opinion gets a 1 start."

"Drive thru...blessing. Props to the person who thought about the design replacement of this location it is a drive-through next to a grocery store. What person hasn't woken up early to go groceries and realized OmG I need my coffee and this place is right here! Drivethru was fast and friendly.... I tried the mint Serrano and If you are not a fan of mint don't try it if you are this is delicious and I wish I wouldn't back to get a second one after I was done. It was a perfect combo of sweet savory and foam. As variant plays later when it melted and I actually could have more. Love the freshness of the mint and as I opened it I saw the fresh mint! I will come back again for a revisit"
